  • Contact 100% of voters in target areas assigned
  • Confirm a minimum of 75 attendees to any campaign actions

Listen to community and build a powerful coalition: (50%)

  • Identify community members to engage and schedule and coordinate outreach efforts
  • Prepare for and engage in one-on-ones, house meetings, and surveying to surface educational and economic issues in target communities, and support changemakers with doing the same
  • Track relationships and feedback from one-on-ones, house meetings, and surveys
  • Continuously re-engage and support other changemakers with re-engaging community members to invite them to actions, learn more about the campaign, to recruit them as leaders and train them on organizing, and to activate them to build a base of campaign supporters
  • Continuously build awareness about the campaign through creative outreach efforts
  • Drive turnout to campaign actions through sending texts, emails, and phone calls to invite and remind supporters to attend actions, prepare for actions, and follow-up with attendees after actions
